Shipping Policy
We only offer downloads from this store. Once purchase is completed you will receive an email confirmation containing download links. The download will be available for a 30 day period from purchase. We strongly urge you to check your email account and associated trash mailbox and spam filters to ensure safe receipt. Please email us if you need further assistance.
Return & Exchange Policy
The download links are available for 30 days from purchase being completed and sent via an email link. If you do not receive the email or if you require this to be manually re-sent after the 30 day expiry please email us with the order number and your details.

The files sold as as per our description and e-notebooks issued in PDF format. We would ask you not to redistribute this document. We can assist if you have problems with the PDF received but we cannot assist with the specifics of the device and hosting reader application you are using. The PDF has been tested on iPad, iPhone, MacBook and other devices. We have used Adobe Acrobat or Goodnotes as the recommended tablet reader.
